Working with a coach can bring out the best in you. That coach will see your true potential and ask for nothing less. Are you ready for that to happen?
Anyone can call themselves a coach these days. Take some time to discover if the coach you are interested in working with is trained in the areas you are most interested in being coached in. The International Coaches Federation is the largest and most esteemed organization of coaches. Coaches that earn the PCC(Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach) designations have had coach training and documented experience with clients and are pledged to high ethical standards.
Questions To Ask A Coach:
- How would you describe your coaching style?
- How would you help me attain my goal? (what do you want to attain - $10K in earnings per month? $20K?)
- Will be going through a fixed program or is it customized to my needs?
- Is there a minimum agreement? If so, what?
- What if I don’t feel we are a good fit?
- How frequent and how long are the coaching calls?
- What will I be expected to do between the calls?
- Can I contact you between regularly scheduled calls? How?
- Do you use any assessments, such as DISC and Values?
- What experience do you have with agents like myself?
- What training do you have in coaching?
- How long have you been coaching? Do you do this full time?
- Do you hold any certifications or credentials? If so, by whom?
- Is there a guarantee? What are the terms?
- What extras are included?

Most coaches offer a free coaching session or an opportunity to sample their way of doing things. It is a good idea to interview or check out at least three or four coaches before choosing.
