Best Image Launches Diamond Web Sites

Having trouble finding just the right Web site that will help you get more business?

Web site marketing has just reached a new level of sophistication with the introduction of Best Image Marketing's new 3.0 version of its Number1expert Web sites for top residential real estate professionals.

Code-named "Diamond," each Version 3.0 Web site makes you the local market expert with over 60 pages of information related to your's or your broker’s homes and communities, including personal and professional profiles and other information for buyers and sellers.

This makes 3.0 the most comprehensive Web site available for real estate professionals to show off their properties, market their skills, and capture business from the Internet.

More features are customizable, including multiple color choices and the ability to place graphic elements in different places on your site. For techies, the site includes advanced Javascript drop down menus, embedded Flash animation, and a utility called Diamond Cutter™, that lets you edit some site elements. Don't be intimidated - these features can be used by any Realtor even if you don't have any Web page building experience. To see Diamond Cutter's features, click here.

A utility that all Realtors need to understand how to use on the Internet is the ability to add, delete and edit their listings. A utility that all Realtors need to understand how to use on the Internet is the ability to add, delete and edit their listings. With Instant Listings™, Best Image's listings application, you can do that from any computer with Web access, and advertise your listings for free on top homes sites.

Track and manage your leads with HomeCaster, a lead management application that receives and stores leads generated by your site. When a lead comes in, you'll be able to send your latest listings with the click of a button to any buyers or sellers.

Ready or not for broker reciprocity

Version 3.0 sites will also allow visitors to see all the homes they want on the entire Internet without leaving your site. By touching the site’s "Search All Homes" button, a buyer can access national listings databases, national real estate agencies, unique and luxury properties, condos and apartments, new construction, and several other categories. Buyers can contact you with the MLS number of the homes they want more information. This also triggers a reply from you with the latest news and more listings.

Another button, "Search All Local Listings," will enable buyers to search for all homes within your local MLS – which makes the site ready for broker reciprocity, if and when your MLS and broker lets you have the listings.

Information delivery is the biggest challenge for agents who are competing on the Internet for buyer's and seller's attention. By giving your Web site visitors such a wealth of data as Best Image provides for you, it will be easy for you to compete on the same playing field as your competitors.
