FNIS Releases Online Agent 4.5, ReMax Agent 2000

Fidelity National Information Solutions (Nasdaq: FNIS - news), the nation's most comprehensive source for real estate-related transaction management and technology solutions, today announced the releases of On-Line Agent version 4.5 and RE/MAX Agent 2000, a customized RE/MAX franchise-branded version of this desktop-based agent productivity application.

The release of both applications coincides with the signing of a new agreement between FNIS and global real estate franchisor RE/MAX International. The agreement renews FNIS' status as a RE/MAX Approved Supplier and technology partner and involves the development of significant technology by FNIS for members of the RE/MAX network.

FNIS' continuing development of the Agent product line is the result of on-going relationships and communications with software users, the majority of which are RE/MAX associates.

``Over 14,000 of our associates use RE/MAX Office 2000 and RE/MAX Agent 2000 to manage their business and market themselves,'' states Kristi Graning, RE/MAX vice president of Web services and technology. ``Our standards require that a RE/MAX Approved Supplier not only meet our associates' technology needs for today, but have an eye toward the future. Through listening to what users have to say, understanding their businesses and developing enhancements that meet or exceed their needs, FNIS has given RE/MAX brokers and associates a competitive edge and opportunities to satisfy and retain customers.''

FNIS plans to debut version 4.5 of RE/MAX Agent 2000 at the 2002 RE/MAX International Convention in Orlando, February 24 - 27, 2002. In addition to demonstrating the new versions of both RE/MAX Office 2000 and RE/MAX Agent 2000 at the convention, FNIS will offer technology seminars in their exhibit for associates seeking the competitive advantages that technology offers them.
