FNIS Reduces Prices On New Online Agent Release

Fidelity National Information Solutions (Nasdaq: FNIS) has reduced the price of its On-Line Agent Desktop CRM application by more than 60 percent. This unprecedented price reduction coincides with the release of version 4.5 of the industry's leading agent productivity application. This new low pricing is available immediately for both new application and upgrade purchases, making this all-in-one real estate solution designed to boost sales, profitability and productivity affordable for virtually all agents.

On-Line Agent has long been the leader in the agent productivity software arena and this new release introduces advanced customer relationship management functionality, along with a wide array of added functionality geared to improve agent efficiency.

The philosophy behind version 4.5 is simple: to help agents retain customers for life. In an industry where agents are constantly multi-tasking to get listings, close sales, update past and current customer files, prospect for new leads, and market their services, On-Line Agent 4.5 provides a comprehensive solution by managing all of these tasks, enabling agents to focus on customer relationships and sales.

"We believe the new release of On-Line Agent is the best performing agent productivity tool in the industry," states Shane Cranton, Executive Vice President of FNIS' Real Estate Professional Division. "Also, we have lowered the cost of the product for both existing and new users. The combination of performance and price clearly make this product the best value in the industry."

The enhanced functionality of On-Line Agent version 4.5 includes an integrated email system capable of interfacing with the most popular Internet- based email services, enabling users to send flyers, attachments, and other data to clients via electronic interface. An added benefit to this feature is the ability to save customer information from web-based leads to On-Line Agent's contact manager. Users can also access create, and email Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports from various MLS systems via the new CMA import utility in On-Line Agent.

FNIS is currently accepting orders for On-Line Agent Version 4.5 for April 2002 shipment.
