The company will operate under the Prudential Northwest Properties name and maintain the existing location at 4150 Pacific Avenue, Suite 100 in Forest Grove. ERA Lois Ebel and Associates, Realtors was founded in 1986 by Lois Ebel, GRI, CRB. Ebel has been a leader in the Washington County real estate market for over two decades. Warner, Associate Broker, GRI, and immediate past president of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors, will continue to manage the Prudential Northwest Properties branch office at Orenco Station in Hillsboro. "I'm so pleased that Lois and Maggie and their wonderful agents have joined our team," says Waugh. "We look forward to expanding our service market area further into the Forest Grove area, and we are confident this merger will greatly enhance the excellent reputations that both companies already have for satisfying homeowners." ERA Lois Ebel & Associates, Realtors agents will all receive the benefits of free, state-of- the-art, personal websites, professional coaching, and increased media exposure through an advertising campaign that encompasses some of America's most watched networks and printed media. Ebel states, "Being a locally owned real estate company, Prudential Northwest Properties shares a similar mission and core values, so it's a perfect match. And Prudential's advanced technology and educational programs are tremendous benefits for our agents and their clients." Prudential Northwest Properties is an independently owned and operated member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, ranking in the top 2% of companies in the network. The company now has 17 conveniently located offices and over 600 agents serving the Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington areas. For more information, visit http://www.pru-nw.com/.
