eNeighborhoods Is Free
by Realty Times Staff
To celebrate its independence from Homestore, eNeighborhoods CEO, Stu Siegel, has announced that the company will give away 1,000 free copies of their award-winning REALTOR software. The promotion, entitled "We're FREE and We're FREE!", points real estate professionals to their web site: www.eNeighborhoods.com/FREE and celebrates the company's buy-back by its original founders after a short-lived ownership by Homestore. The free offer is limited to the first 1,000 visitors who sign up on the site. In addition, for current eNeighborhoods customers, they've liberated their Dave Beson letters that are a part of the product's auto-prospecting component. Now free of charge, REALTORS can select a series of letters as part of a customized e-marketing campaign to prospects and clients that is complemented with professional, bi-monthly e-newsletters. "When you build a successful brand, you become loyal to your customers," says Siegel, "Some of the brokers and agents who use eNeighborhoods are like family to us and we want to make sure they are treated right. We didn't build a brand to cash out and have them thrown to the wolves." eNeighborhoods was created to give real estate professionals quick and easy access to detailed information about any neighborhood in the country, including facts about schools, home values, crime rates and other demographics. The tools allow real estate professionals to market their services by providing colorful, easy to understand neighborhood reports that can be printed out, emailed or linked to a website. The HomeLog auto-Prospecting feature allows for continuing, personalized e-newsletter contact with customers and prospects. The company has been heralded within the real estate industry not only for its award winning software but also for its sponsorship and leadership with the National Association of Realtors' Good Neighbor Awards that educates, encourages and rewards outstanding community service with real estate professionals throughout the country.
