The greater Nashville, Tennessee real estate market is sharing some of its strength with smaller nearby communities, say local Realtors.
"The Greater Nashville real estate market continues to exhibit strength and vitality," say Realtors Lucy and Bill Rudolph. "The significant amount of current activity along with the large number of pending sales indicate that we should continue to see a healthy market."
Thompson Station
Describe the Rudolphs, "Beautiful Williamson County in and around Thompson Station is rolling hill country. It's still in the country with large and small farms and folks who have more land with their houses, also both big and small. There are subdivisions scatter through the area of moderately priced homes, average price in the $150,000 range. Williamson County has great schools! If you would like to be in an area with openness close by, or want a home with land, Thompson Station is worth considering."
Spring Hill
"Spring Hill is a neat little town," say the Rudolphs. "It is a less costly area of subdivisions for entry level and first move-up priced homes. In and around Spring Hill are rolling hills dotted with farms and homes with acreage. The Saturn auto plant is southwest of town. If you want to be out a ways and still have a country feel, the Spring Hill area would be worth considering. Of course the home with land is usually a little more."
