  • Each time you compose a message to someone, decide whether it can be used again in the future. If so, just save it as an .OFT (Outlook Form Template) and before long you’ll have a library ready to use

    Steps for Microsoft Outlook to Create a User Defined Forms

    1. To create a new User Defined Form, begin with a new message

    2. After the message is composed, click on the menu item File-->Save As

    3. Give the file a name and then click on the list box entitled “Save as type:” and choose Outlook Template.

    Send a User Defined Forms

    1. Click on the drop-down list next to the New Message icon on the main toolbar, select Choose Form

    2. In the Choose Form window, click on the drop down list in the “Look in” list box and select User Templates in File System
