Homestore, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOMS), the leading supplier of online media and technology tools to real estate professionals, today announced that Steve Ozonian has resigned his position as president of REALTOR.com® to join RE/MAX International.

Homestore has commenced a search for a new President of its REALTOR.com unit and anticipates appointing a seasoned, real estate professional as successor in the near future. Ozonian will remain available for a short transition period before assuming his new role with RE/MAX.

“We are saddened to see Steve leave Homestore but we thank him for two and a half years of dedication and industry leadership.
