Realtors Invited To Attend Virtual Assistants' Conference

The International Virtual Assistance Association (IVAA) has created a special "Meet The VA" session for Realtors during their October 24, 2002, convention in Las Vegas. This is designed to give real estate professionals the chance to meet professional Virtual Assistants in person and explore how they can use VAs to grow their business without typical onsite support expenses.

“This is a unique opportunity for Realtors to actually meet the people who can help their success from a distance,” says Michael Russer, keynote speaker for the conference and father of the virtual outsourcing movement in the real estate industry and co-organizer of the session, "and an incredible forum for those professionals who are thinking about hiring one or more VAs but don't know where or how to get started." Michael Russer, President of RUSSER Communications and Terri Romine, President of the non-profit IVAA will host the session. It will be a fast-paced "round-robin" format where a number of professional Virtual Assistants facilitating discussion at their own round table with their own group of Realtors in attendance. Table members can ask their VA any question they want for about 10 - 15 minutes before a whistle blows and they move to another VA's table. This way, each Realtor will be able to meet with at least four to five different VAs during the session.

“I have three virtual assistants who I never see (one is in Romania) that help me dominate my market.” says Rob Levy, one of the highest producing sales associates in the Portland, OR, area, “Anyone who thinks that great Realtor support is hard and expensive to come by absolutely must open their eyes to the awesome possibilities of virtual outsourcing.”

The full conference schedule is from October 23 - 25, 2002, and will be held at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. A special Realtor guest admission price of $49 gives access to Mr. Russer's keynote in the morning and the special "Meet The VA" session. This pricing is a small fraction of what IVAA Virtual Assistant members have to pay to attend the whole conference. Session information can be found on the Web at http://www.vasummit.org/realtors.htm.

“While we serve all industries as Virtual Assistants,” says Terri Romine, President of the IVAA, “we feel that the real estate industry in particular can realize tremendous benefits by partnering with competent VAs. That, along with Michael's passionate encouragement, was the primary reason we extended this invitation to all real estate professionals.”

Mr. Russer, also known as Mr. Internet®, is among the real estate industry's leading international speakers and authors about the Internet. He has also spoken and written extensively about the use of Virtual Assistants and Virtual Consultants within all levels of the business and is co-author of the industry's only publication on the subject titled "Transform Your Business Using Virtual Assistance For Real Estate Professionals" published in March 2002.
