Put simply, nice properties that are well-priced sell quickly, while the "less nice" and/or over-priced properties seem to languish."

He predicts, "I suspect there will be some bargains this summer."

Realtor James F. Sporrer says, "Vail and Beaver Creek and several nearby towns have some of the best skiing in the U.S. plus a community atmosphere."
