"Bal Harbour village is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale," says Realtor Marion Ott. The newest Hotel Resort "One Bal Harbour" is 90 percent sold out at pre-contract prices. Contracts will be available soon. The developer is taking back-up's on the current made reservations. The beach in Bal Harbour is in the process of being redone with new sand, so far it looks "gorgeous".

"Located directly on the ocean are high-rise luxurious condominiums. Across the street to the west are low-rise residential condominiums and co-ops," says Ott. "If you prefer a single-family home, Bal Harbour offers a completely walled-in community with a manned guardhouse 24 hours a day called "Bal Harbour Village". Homes are available on both waterfront and dry lots. Prices have increased in the last few years, and condos as well as single family homes are in high demand in Bal Harbour."
