Huntington

"Located on Long lsland's North Shore, Huntington is an historic village that offers a "New York City " atmosphere with it's many restaurants and shops," say Realtors Frank and Marilyn Urso. "A waterfront community, there are beaches and boating as well as many parks and historic places of interest."

The Ursos predict, "As the fall season approaches, we still see a strong seller's market. Even with the increase in inventory, low interest rates encourage record numbers of buyers. Now is the time to take advantage of the opportunity for homeownership in this historic Long Island village."

Syosset

The Syosset area, say the Ursos, is conveniently located on the North Shore of Long Island approximately an hour's commute from New York City. Close to the LIE and Northern Parkway, it provides a reasonable commute to all parts of the island. Recognized by Newsday as one of the top school districts on Long Island, the area offers housing starting in the high 300's and going into the multimillions. Many parks and historical sites are available in the area as well as great shopping opportunities.

"The market remains in the seller's favor in the Syosset area," say the Urso. "The low interest rates are the key factor. Inventory is on the rise now, and there are still many buyers who want the convenience, great schools and great atmosphere that this 'Gold Coast' area offers."

Cold Spring Harbor

"One of Long island's "Gold Coast" communities with top-rated schools," say the Ursos, "Cold Spring Harbor is still 'hot' as we approach fall. Buyers and sellers are out in force looking to sell or buy before the winter sets in again. Low interest rates prevail giving all indications of a continued strong housing market in the Cold Spring Harbor area through the fall.
