In particular, Northwest Tucson has flourished tremendously in recent years with an interesting cross-section of neighborhoods for all age groups.

The average days-on-market was 41.3 days for single-family homes and 26 days for condominiums. With interest rates steady to slightly upwards, it's a prefect opportunity to take advantage of what are still historically low rates.
