Colleyville

"Colleyville is a great upscale community which happens to also be a great place to live," says Realtor Randy Robertson, "With 15 of 17 schools ranked "exemplary," the school system is most desirable. Colleyville is an oasis in the hussle and bussle of the metroplex. With just a 5-10 minute drive to the airport, it makes it a very desirable location for the frequent traveller. The current inventory of homes for sale is 210, ranging from $200,00 to $2,500,000."

Southlake

Says Realtor Michelle Long, "Like Colleyville, but even more so, Southlake is a very upscale, prestigious, primarily residential area. It has good highway access and is located just northeast of Fort Worth, east of Keller and north of Colleyville which makes it an ideal area in which to buy a larger, more custom home."

"The city of Southlake is located in the heart of Northeast Tarrant County in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex," says Realtor Timm Baumann, "and offers an excellent quality of life in a comfortable suburban setting with convenient access to Fort Worth, Dallas and Denton.

"Southlake's Carroll Independent School District epitomizes academic excellence," he explains. "The City has 11 public parks, three miles of walking trails, a community center, a tennis center, numerous ball fields and a public library. Southlake has a robust local economy while also serving as a gateway to major employment hubs in Fort Worth, Dallas and the Alliance Development. The city is home to national corporate citizens including Sabre and Verizon Wireless with many other major corporate facilities just minutes away."

Keller

"Once a rural area, now a sprawling town north and west of Fort Worth," says Realtor Patsy Whittington, "Keller has rapid growth. There are more buyers and the number of sellers is decreasing slightly. The buyer has lots of choices and the sellers are having to price their homes more with the market. The well-done, beautifully staged properties are selling first. Offering a bonus or decorating allowance is not appealing to as many buyers as price. Consider doing the repairs and then put it on the market."
