Realtors in Cobb, Georgia say good city planning and builder incentives are attractive in this Atlanta bedroom community.
"East Cobb is a great place to live with some of the best schools in the nation," says Realtor Toni Ball. "The list of amenities - shopping, restaurants, one-of-a-kind boutiques, pet shops and The Avenue - is endless; you never have to leave your neighborhood."
Explains Realtor Chris Norris, "Cobb County is the northwest neighboring county to Fulton, which contains Atlanta. Cobb has historically been a bedroom community for Atlanta but there are many towns in Cobb that give it its own unique flavor. Towns such as Marietta, Acworth, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, Austell and Smyrna all have their own local character and provide a wide array of housing choices for all types of peoples."
"The new home market in Atlanta is still going strong," says Realtor Joyce Jones. "Selected builders are offering $2,500 to $5,000 towards your closing costs when purchasing one of their new homes."
Jones advises, "Buying a new home can be exciting but stressful without representation."
