Of the active listings, only 7 percent are reported bindered (have accepted offers but not yet gone to contract)."

Currently there are 321 active listings in Westport with a price range of $525,000 - $10,000,000. Of those listings 17 have accepted offers with the most popular price range being the 1MM - 2MM range. We are seeing many more price reductions due to the large inventory. New home construction is still strong in Westport as there are currently 57 new construction home listings in the $1,359,000 - $8,000,000 price range."
