Interest in this area has been fueled by beautiful deep water canals, a lively downtown with nightlife and interesting restaurants, plus lots of shopping. At the same time Ft.Lauderdale offers broad educational options, parks, sporting events and always ... the beautiful beach!"

Ft. Lauderdale is home to nearly 190,0000 residents. Many luxury homes and condos were built during the boom years in the early 2000's.
