Appreciation rates have risen just 3.7 percent in the last year, bringing average prices to around $558,000 at this time. And homes are moving off the market fairly quickly -- at 61 days on average.
Job growth is around 11 percent and median family household is being reported at $109,000.
Despite steady growth in the economic sector -- new listings are down 2.3 percent -- great news for sellers who should be finding less competition coming into the market.
