Prices are back to the 2004 levels with millions of Baby Boomers wanting to come to Southwest Florida & the Marco Island area. They are seeking the beauty of our beaches, the quality of life, our Caribbean landscaping, our fabulous weather, and much more."

Homes on the market range in price from $278,000 to $6,900,000.
