It's still a buyer and seller's market, she says, and homes are competitively priced to sell.

Johnson predicts the conditions in her area will improve in response to the Fed's recent quarter percent lowering of interest rates.

But the good news for now is that homes are still selling and builders are still putting up new construction.

The future definitely looks bright for the Pleasant Grove area, Johnson says.
