Market Conditions
An application for REALTORS®

Market conditions are booming in one Texas town, where new construction and a growing economy thrive.

Bob Cornett, Mayor, of Cresson, Texas, reports, "There are numerous business and encouraging events happening in the area. Some of the items I've sworn to keep secret." Included in these projects are a new hotel, an almost complete building for Champion Technologies, and a recent announcement of a new processing facility and automatic wakeboard water park.

Ward Miller, a local commercial real estate broker, says that the economy remains strong and "continues to be a hot area for industrial use." He adds, "But its getting even hotter with the opening of the new multi-family and retail areas to serve the additional employees and businesses that are moving to the development."
