Tough economic times have brought about many unique sales incentives to motivate buyers.

One such report comes from New York, New York, where a luxury 12 story tower of condos is offering a 15 percent discount if you buy before the end of the April. As an additional attraction, some penthouse units will receive a 20 percent discount. That means, a 555-square-foot, fourth floor studio previously listed at $405,000 is now $344,250.

"We see this is as our version of a stimulus package to help potential home buyers close the gap during an unprecedented market," said David Apelewicz, a sales agent at the property. "The units are spectacular, and we want to help residents settle in to their new home."

These spectacular units include a long list of amenities, including outdoor space, parking, 24/8 doorman service, and a gym.

This glass enclosed 90-unit building located in the Harlem neighborhood of New York City at 119th Street and Third Avenue.
