Trick #1: Fake Addresses To Fake The Fakers!

We'll bet that, at one time or another, you've been reluctant to get information on the web when the rascals force you to leave your e-mail address. Here's another easy way visit sites, log in and get the information you want - without leaving a trace back to you. Using this service (which has been around for a decade or so) you can breathe easier about your fear of receiving a bunch of unwanted e-mail from your site visit - because you can turn them off anytime you wish.

All you do is create a free email alias for yourself for any period you choose, from 12 hours to 3 months. Then anything sent to this address will be relayed to your actual email address. You can now use this alias to register on any site you're not sure of. If you start receiving spam, you know where it came from and you don't have to put up with it. If you want to or kill your alias instantly -- or extend it, you can in the blink of an eye.

Nice --- and like the best things in life -- it's on the house!

Want to know what time it is in Vladivostok? Keep this link on your desktop and you'll be able to know the time any place on earth in the blink of an eye!

You will also have access to a lot of other time related stuff. Want to know what the holidays are in Paraguay and you'll find that Boqueron Battle Victory Day falls on Thursday, September 29th and, if you plan to be in Paraguay in 2018, on a Saturday.

There are lots of time related calculators plus weather information. In addition you can set up a personal World Clock where you can quickly access the local time and other information for your selected locations.

You can also get this in app form for your iPhone and Facebook site if you wish. And to top it off these nice folks provide all of this without cost.

Great Place #1: Need To Prove A Point?

Ever need to refresh your memory after an important phone conversation? Or maybe show some lying rascal what was really said. This place gives you the tools to record any telephone conversation and save it in a secure on-line archive. The only caveat they provide is that Federal and State Laws regarding recording phone calls vary by state. They warn that users are responsible, if the applicable law requires this, for informing their party that a call is being recorded.

With that said, it's a pretty simple service to use. Just call the toll free number they provide, follow the prompts, place your call and on completion you will be given an access code so you can listen to your call from any phone at your convenience.

These folks provide this service without cost. You can also access your recording on-line including unlimited playback and MP3 downloads -- for a modest fee.

Great Place #2: Get A Sandbox For Your New Programs!

There's so much good downloadable stuff out there for the taking that it's hard to avoid grabbing a bunch of no charge programs to our computers. But here's the problem -- even if the programs aren't malicious and pass muster with our security software, we can create an awful mess and slow down our computers by adding a lot of new stuff.

Now you can try out safe programs (assuming that you're anti-malware programs are up to date and running) without gunking up your system. It's called "sandboxing" and runs your programs in an isolated space which prevents them from making permanent changes to other programs and data in your computer. By sandboxing, the programs you download will not only be kept isolated while you try them, but also will leave no junky residuals if to decide to remove them.
