What is Newsletter Plus?
Newsletter Plus is a great on-line customizable marketing tool for any agent. If you look at
our sample, you’ll see the Newsletter features eight to ten articles written by our columnists (updated monthly), our daily news and advice (updated Monday through Friday), current mortgage rates and much more. The Newsletter isn’t cluttered with any flashy banner ads or offsite links. The only advertising is your own including your:
- Picture and/or Company Logo
- Personal Article
- Slogan
- Personal and Company Contact Information
- Listing of the Week (or Other Link of Your Choice)
- Contact Me Form
As an added bonus, your Newsletter picture will appear with your Realty Times
Agent Locator listing, if you have
purchased one. Keep in mind that you don’t need to be a computer genius to learn how to use Newsletter Plus. Is there a Canadian version?
How is Newsletter Plus different from other Newsletters?
Realty Times is famous for providing customers with original content from the top real estate writers in the nation. All stories are timely, well researched and pertinent to buyers’ and sellers’ immediate needs. There are no additional hosting fees for the Newsletter. Every page displays your picture and contact information. We do not ask for your client's email addresses. Additionally, the Newsletter has no offsite links or advertising, and provides for extensive personlization.
Can I print the Newsletter?
The newsletter was designed for Internet distribution only; however, there is a special Print Version available just for this purpose. We offer a package deal for people interested in both the Print Version and the Newsletter Plus: for $300.00 per year, you will receive both services. To find out more about the Print Version,

How will I receive my Newsletter?
Every month, you will receive an email message including a new link to your Newsletter. When you click on the link we‘ve given you, you will be taken directly to your personalized Newsletter.
How will clients find my Newsletter?
There are three ways clients will get to your Newsletter:
- Send clients the link to your Newsletter every month.
We know that agents are busy people, so to make it a little easier on you, we will include a pre-written letter in your monthly email. You can send this letter to your clients. This letter will include the link to your Newsletter as well as a list of the article titles featured that month.
- Link your Newsletter to your personal Web site.
By linking the Newsletter directly to your personal Web site(s), you’ll be able to catch some potential clients. With the Daily News and Advice feature and the ability to read informative consumer advice articles, consumers will have a reason to visit your site again and again.
- Your clients will forward it to their friends.
Scenario: You send the link to your Newsletter to Joe Buyer. Joe really likes the article about how he can look for a new home. He decides to forward this link to his friend Suzy Homeseller who is looking for a new home and (luckily for you) an agent. Suzy is interested in the article, and decides she wants to receive the Newsletter, too. She looks at your contact information, sends you an email and now you have a new client.
How much does Newsletter Plus cost?
The Newsletter Plus is $200.00 per year annually or $25.00 for a monthly trial. There are
no additional hosting fees.
NOTE: If you sign up annually for the Newsletter Plus, you’ll receive a 50% discount on an annual subscription to the Print Version.
When is my Personal Article due?
You will not turn in your Personal Article to Realty Times. Instead, you will enter it into your Personal Editing Page. Once you've logged in there, you can change your:
- Contact information
- Picture
- Greeting
- Tag line
- Listing box information
- Contact me box
- Personal article, and
- Welcome pop up box
You can make changes any time, as often as you like.

When will I receive my first issue?
You will receive the first issue within 2 business days from the time you sign up. You will receive the issue for the month you sign up in. For example, if you sign up anywhere from January 1st through January 31st, you will receive the January issue.
When will I be billed?
Typically, credit cards are processed within 2 business days from the date you sign up. Your payment schedule is based on your sign up date. For example, if you sign up annually, your subscription is scheduled to renew one year from the date you submit the form. If you sign up monthly, your subscription is scheduled to renew one month from the date you sign up. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
