What is the Real Estate Update? This monthly, personalized on-line newsletter is designed for you to e-mail each month to your customers and prospects. The Real Estate Update features eight to ten consumer-oriented articles about Real Estate including current market conditions, interest rates and general homeownership. You don't have to be a "computer geek" to learn how to use the Real Estate Update. We have an excellent support staff to help walk you through any questions that you may have. We will have your first Newsletter ready to go within hours of your initial sign-up, and the monthly updates happen automatically -- all you have to do is send it out!
As an added bonus, your Newsletter picture will appear with your Realty Times Agent Locator listing, if you have purchased one.

How will I receive my Newsletter? Every month, you will receive an e-mail message including a new link to your Newsletter. When you click on the link we've given you, you will be taken directly to your personalized Newsletter.
How will clients find my Newsletter? There are three ways clients will get to your Newsletter:
Can I send my newsletter to as many people as I want to? Yes. We encourage you to send your newsletter to all of your clients and prospects. You can even put a link to your newsletter on your web site. How much does the Real Estate Update cost? This easy, inexpensive marketing tool is just $200 per year, with no additional set-up or hosting fees, and you can send it to as many people as you like. What an economical way to stay in touch with your customers on a monthly basis! NOTE: If you sign up annually for the Real Estate Update, you'll receive a 50% discount on an annual subscription to the Print Version.
When is my Personal Article due? You will not turn in your Personal Article to Realty Times. Instead, you will enter it into your Personal Editing Page. Once you've logged in there, you can change your:

When will I receive my first issue? You will receive the first issue within 2 business days from the time you sign up. You will receive the issue for the month you sign up in. For example, if you sign up anywhere from January 1st through January 31st, you will receive the January issue.
When will I be billed? Typically, credit cards are processed within 2 business days from the date you sign up. Your payment schedule is based on your sign up date. For example, if you sign up annually, your subscription is scheduled to renew one year from the date you submit the form. If you sign up monthly, your subscription is scheduled to renew one month from the date you sign up. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
