Introducing the Realty Times Auto-Emailer system! You'll never again have to spend time sending out your Newsletter. Once you've set up your account, you can count on the Auto-Emailer system to automatically send out your Real Estate Update Newsletter on the date of your choosing. Not only that, but it can send the Newsletter in HTML format so your subscribers open their e-mail and see your Newsletter instead of a link.

Here's how it works:

You login to your password-protected Control Panel and enter your subscribers' names and e-mail addresses. (Click here for a screenshot) This information only needs to be entered one time. A bulk upload is available if you have a large number of contacts. NOTE: Your e-mail addresses are kept strictly confidential and are not shared by any other third parties or individuals.
Click "Update Subscriber" once the information is all entered. This subscriber will automatically be added to your list and will receive your newsletter at the beginning of each month.
You can monitor your list to make sure everyone receives the newsletter by taking a look at your Active Subscribers list. (Click here for a screenshot.) From this view, you can edit your contacts' information and see who has and has not received your newsletter. You'll even be able to tell which subscribers have opened your e-mail!

In order to make sure you follow e-mail ettiquette... each issue has an easy-to-use automatic "opt out" feature so you don't have to delete names from your contact list.

This Auto-Emailer service is just $10 per month plus a one-time $50 set-up fee. That's $10 per month to:
