What’s the Best Way To Find My Home’s Value?

 

Before you put your Candlewood Lake home up for sale, you need to know how much the market value of your home is.

Here’s why:

 

  • Online home value estimators are not accurate.

While there is a lot to be said about the convenience that they provide, home value estimators still have their drawbacks. One of them is that they are not able to come up with an accurate result of your home’s value.

 

These computer programs use data gathered from the public, and they also gather up what you tax collector has  assessed for the homes in the area, to come up with a rough estimate of how much your home for sale in Candlewood is worth.

 

Having data ready to be pulled up at any moment is the reason why they can work so fast...and that’s a good thing!


But imagine if something were to happen to the data, say it wasn’t updated or worse, it wasn’t complete, what would happen then?
