You are an agent, you want to buy a property or even sell!  It would be a tremendous help, to know all the owners names, when they bought, how much they paid & what comparable neighborhood homes are selling for! What if you could also determine, the approximate equity or if the property were free and clear!  It would also be a great help to know the status of the tax bill, all outstanding loans & get copies of all pertinent deeds!  

If you think knowing all of the above, within a few moments of looking at a property, would be valuable and if that information came at no cost to you, would you be much better prepared to make a realistic offer or counter offer? The answer of course is yes. In southern Calif. access to Chicago Title's online services, to check data shown above, are free.

What if that online access also came with a free app for Android or Apple, that allowed you to get information on the fly? Could you also benefit from our free closing cost app from the same company?  How about if that same Chicago Title, had a farming program online and also allowed you to know enough about the farm area, you were interested in walking- available on your portable phone or device? 

The absolutely good news, is that what I mentioned above, is availble, usually on the day you register (for free). Late in the day and weekend registrations, usually get approved the next day or on the following workday.
