If you do not get enough sleep, it will lead to dilation of blood vessels which as result will lead to formation of dark circles on your face. There is a strong correlation between inflammation and sleep. If you do not get enough sleep it will lead to inflammation. Your face get inflamed and you start looking ugly.

So it is important to get enough sleep because it makes you feel better and feel more tolerant against all kind of pain. You feel much healthier.
