Andre Crittendon, a graduate of Missouri Western State University, with a bachelor's degree in business administration, brings with him 17 years of industry experience.
Gaining his start on a disclosure team, Andre’s long career journey took him through several roles throughout the years, including serving in the lead position on an underwriting team and as an underwriting manager.
Andre cites one primary reason he sought the role of underwriter with Accelerate Mortgage: His passion for being part of an organization dedicated to serving those who have served our country. Accelerate Mortgage offers VA mortgage loans and general home lending advice to those who have served in the military and to other American citizens. From application to loan closing, the company prides itself as being the key that has made it possible for so many veterans to take possession of the homes of their dreams.
Andre’s internal company focus will be on developing Accelerate Mortgage’s underwriting department into an entity which provides the most efficient service possible. He is enamored by the challenge of growing the underwriting department and his goal is to facilitate a streamlined process and improve borrower experience.
Originally from St. Joseph, Missouri, Andre has resided with his fiancée, in the Dallas area for a little over two years. Time away from the office finds him playing golf and mentoring youth as a basketball coach.
