Click numerous pictures of your house and advertise it on the internet so that the buyers come pouring in. Additionally, you need to hold open houses as well and drop brochures wherever you can because relying only on word of mouth will not prove to be quite fruitful.

Give them the opportunity to picture it as their own house rather than yours. The foremost rule is to start considering your house as a commodity rather than a picture of your identity.
