Water Damage
Look for common trouble areas such as peeling paint, bowed walls, discolored ceilings and unexplainable moisture or odors. To limit water damage, ensure that any water runoff is carried away from the home by regularly cleaning downspouts. Check sump pumps for normal operation. Roof
