Dubai Creek Harbour
Located right next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Dubai Creek Harbour is a stunning new project which will one day take over as the new center of Dubai.
This biggest attraction at Dubai Creek will be the new Dubai Creek Tower. Set to be built to a height of over 1000 meters, once completed it will be the world tallest structure and with that become a Dubai’s biggest tourist attraction. Designed by world-famous architect, Santiago Calatrava, Dubai Creek Tower will feature a sky garden, various food & beverage outlets as well as a number observation decks offering unrivaled 360 Degree views of Dubai and beyond.
Along with being home to the world tallest structure, Dubai Creek is also where you will find the world’s next largest shopping mall; Dubai Square.
This first of its kind retail and entertainment project will offer over 8million sq. ft. of indoor /outdoor retail space. Split over three levels, Dubai Square will be home to one of the world’s largest Chinatown communities as well a host of luxury retail, dining and leisure outlets. Along with an unrivaled array of retail and entertainment options, Dubai Square will have a unique “tech-driven” focus giving customers a shopping experience like no other.
Significant new real estate projects in Dubai Creek Harbor include Dubai Creek Residences, The Grand and its latest project, Sunset.
Emaar Beachfront at Dubai Harbour
Located in between Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah, Emaar Beachfront is the first ever beach front community by Emaar Properties. Taking inspiration from the likes of Miami and Gold Coast Australia, Emaar Beachfront delivers the very best of beachside living together with the exclusivity of residing on a private island.
Once complete, this resort-style community will feature a total of 27 luxury high rise towers. These will include a mix of residential as well hotel buildings.
Positioned in an envious location, Emaar Beachfront residents will have direct access to over 1.5km of a white-sand beach as well as direct access to a new Marina. All apartments will feature high-end interiors along with floor-to-ceiling windows ensuring stunning views of either the Marina Skyline, Arabian Sea or Palm Jumeirah. To this date, there has been a total of three projects launched at the Emaar Beachfront community. The first of these was Beach Vista, followed by Sunrise Bay and Marina Vista. More project releases are expected early next year.
