Ease of Use:  Our entire focus at COMMERCIAL Connected is bringing you to a successful closing as quickly and easily as possible.  Our new API and Plugin features will eliminate your need to manually input and update your listings more than once.  The less time you and your staff are updating data points the more time you have to win new business and close more deals.  Plus, when searching for opportunities, you will be confident knowing each property is up to date. 

Focus:  While COMMERCIAL Connected is a national platform with national listings and exposure, we know many of our users focus on local specialization and knowledge.  Since we were founded in Chicago, all new local features will be developed for the Chicago market before we introduce them to other cities.  We will be Chicago’s go to place for their commercial real estate needs.

Improved Mobile Format:  Technology allows us to work remotely and effectively anywhere we go – and most real estate professionals rarely stay still for very long.  As a result, more and more CRE professionals use their cell phone and tablets to gather their commercial real estate data.  Our current and future upgrades will continuously focus on improving mobile experience for our users because that’s where you do your best work.
