The community has kept the rural setting, along with the spacious open areas, ponds, and mature trees. Ettl Farm is a private haven in one of Princeton's most exclusive neighborhoods. It's the largest and newest community in Princeton built in the late 1990's.

Ettl Farm is a tight knit community of people who are engaged in what's happening within their area and more.  One of the major attractions is how easy it is for relocating buyers to move there and feel instantly welcome. You will see children in the neighborhood playing on the open space "circles" in each of the many sections.  Some of the homes back to protected open space bordering Stoney Brook. Most of the homes are situated on 1/2 acre and go up to one acre lots.  These are classic Toll Bros homes complete with molding and architectural details.  The typical square foot size ranges between 4200-5200.   Prices are now selling for $1.2-1.6 million.   There's a quarterly association fee of $300 to maintain all of the common ground and preserved space. You will find a handful of common Toll Bros models here including the Carmel, Madison, Exeter, Sterling and Elkins. Most have at least 4 full baths and 3 car garages. Many of the homes have brick front or stucco exteriors which extend the luxury feeling.  Approximately 1/4 opted to have conservatories added to the homes during the construction phase.  These now double as game rooms, sun garden room or in-law suites.

  While being secluded in a natural setting, Ettl Farm is only 5 minutes from the center of Princeton- the town and the university. There are numerous bike and walking paths that lead to the town center.   You will be able to partake in all that Princeton has to offer as well as its location to shopping, restaurants  and entertainment.  Commuters can park in the Princeton station and take "The Dinky" one car train to Princeton Junction.     Entertainment abounds with movies, comedy club (Catch a Rising Star) and theater/music (McCarter Theatre).
