Canal Pointe is a community of condos, single family 2 story patio homes and townhomes built in the late 1980s - early 1990s. You will enjoy 4 outdoor pools and 2 tennis courts. Plus, there’s plenty of walking and biking paths along the quiet D&R Canal. Note: Canal Pointe is a pet free community that prohibits dogs and cats (including indoor cats) from residing in ANY units. The Hedges model is an end unit and the largest at 2228 sq ft. It has 3 bedrooms, cozy loft, living, dining AND family room. The Plaza is the middle size model at 1976 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, living, dining AND family room. The smallest model is the Carousel with 3 bedrooms, living and dining room. It doesn't have a separate family room. All units also have washer & dryers inside so there's no need to go to the laundromat. Many of them also have wood burning fireplaces. Every townhome has an attached garage along with a driveway. Plus, there are guest parking spaces. Townhouse prices range between low $400s and go to the high $400s for the end units. Monthly association fees are $338 and include the pool, lawn care and snow removal. Note that there is a one time application fee of $1014.

You are also close to Mercer County Park with its soccer, baseball & basketball fields, ice skating rinks, picnic areas and its very own lake named Mercer Lake with its crew team of rowers.
