What's Your "Make Me Move" Price?

Written by Posted On Wednesday, 28 May 2014 08:43

Sure, Zillow has been doing it for years. They will ask you to name a price that will make you pack up everything, hire the movers and get out of dodge faster than a barefoot Jack Rabbit on a hot, greasy griddle!

Well, to the astonishment of most homeowners, their "make me move" price is not only doable, but less than the current market value of their home.

So, that's where I come in.

Since my last visit to Las Vegas, I have been into betting. I'm getting pretty good at it too, just ask my kids...they've been making me dinner for the last week!

Ok...here I go. I bet you that I can sell your home for more than your "Make Me Move" price.

There, I said it.

Let's start off on the penny slots first though.

Fill out the form below and let me do some research on my end. That way, I can give you an honest opinion of whether your named price is actually realistic.

What can it hurt?

You might be packing those boxes sooner than you thought.
