First impressions are everything. The showing agents should arrive little earlier and make sure everything is open and on.
It is also important to light up closets, stairways or hallways which are something many people forget.
Another important point is to make sure that the paint color is appealing; you want a color combination of warmth with neutrality. Warm colors are inviting because they feel pleasant and give an area of more space. Any dark, painted room should be repainted with natural, warm and bright colors.
Light and bright colors are so basic, but it makes a huge difference.
