FishHawk Ranch West is the newest phase of the award-winning FishHawk Ranch community in Lithia, Florida. Simply put, this is an amazing community and a must see for anyone looking to move to the Tampa Bay area.

About the Community

FishHawk Ranch West is developed by the nationally recognized and award-winning Newland Communities. The community is about 700 acres and when completed the community will have a variety of single family homes, villas, luxury apartments, retail shopping and a 36,000 square foot medical center.

This community has some of the best builders in the area that include Ashton Woods, Beazer, Cardel Homes, David Weekly, Homes by WestBay, and Ryland Homes. A little about me, as a longtime FishHawk (Tampa Florida area) resident and full time Realtor I know how difficult and demanding it could be to buy or sell a home.

My Qualifications:

1) Full time Realtor in Florida for over 11 years. I have been involved in real estate since the 1980’s. Yes I remember 18% interest rates!
2) Since January 2013, closed over 80 transactions. That ranks me in the top 1% of Realtors in the Tampa Bay area.
3) Proud FishHawk resident since 2005.
4) Trained to work with both buyers and sellers.
5) Closed over 10 Fannie Mae REO transactions during the last year as a buyer’s agent. These are very complicated and time consuming transactions. They are not always easy to close but in some cases they could be a good purchase for a buyer.
6) Short Sales are no problem! I have a team of negotiators that have negotiated and closed hundreds of Short Sales. It is a complicated process but I will be happy to confidentially explain the process, answer your concerns and guide you through this process.
