4. Have a budget.

5. If you need financing, speak with a lender, and get a pre-approval letter.

6. Security is key. Sorry, but in these days we need to know who’s in our car.

In the end, if you are getting the same negative response from a lot of agents, it’s possible you may need to look at what you are doing. Maybe you aren’t being taken seriously because you are coming off as a buyer who is not serious. We all have different philosophies and what works best for one buyer, may not work for another.
