Building Relationships Leads to Great Honors

Within any given industry, those that love what they do and those that care about their clients can excel at providing a product or service. Real Estate is no different. I was drawn to Real Estate as an investor and found it an exciting way to build an investment portfolio. Soon after my initial ventures on my own I began helping friends and family invest in Real Estate as well, eventually creating what is now the Haylen Group. As a Real Estate Brokerage, we focus on finding the best solution for our clients seeking to buy property, whether it is as a family home or an investment, be it a client’s first home or one of many. I have always believed in the power of building a relationship with my clients as it is our one on one connection that makes the difference between simply processing a business transaction, and helping someone achieve a dream or goal successfully. I can honestly say many of my clients are friends, that our friendship was built upon our experience in working together to purchase property. I work from the heart and those that work with me know this is a big part of who I am.

Like other industries, Real Estate professionals network together, sharing information and ideas, helping each other be successful in our careers. We look to a variety of sources available for Realtors® confirming the latest trends, learning new creative approaches to complex or difficult property transactions, and discover how other agents and brokers make a difference for their clients. We share stories that inspire and experiences that have helped shape our approach to Real Estate and how we manage our own business. One of my favorite resources is Top Agent Magazine. This is a statewide publication which provides not only excellent information and ideas, but also provides a detailed review of California’s top agents, which inspires all of us to reach our own goals.

Top Agents are chosen to be featured based on their approach to Real Estate and how they help their clients, and their community. The agents that are featured do not pay to get on the cover, this is not a self-promotion marketing ploy. The few agents which are profiled each year are nominated by others in the industry. Once a nomination is accepted, an in depth review of a nominee’s business practice and community involvement is completed before being accepted. Top Agents understand that it takes more than just sales figures to make a great Realtor® that clients can, and do trust. There must be a natural desire to help others and one must care for their community as well. This has long been my approach, it is how I work in my business and personal life. I have recently been given the honor of being the featured Realtor® in Top Agent Magazine.
