Cadence, a Henderson Master Planned Community, is located along E Lake Mead Parkway. This master planned community contains over 2,000 acres of housing, parks, paths, and open space. Actually, 450 of the 2,200 acres are dedicated to parks and open spaces for residents of the community to enjoy. Cadence also has a free bike sharing program for its residents. Cadence is one of the newer master planned communities and many of the homes, condos, and townhouses are yet to be built. When Cadence is completely finished, a process that may take another 15-20 years, it is estimated to home over 30,000 residents.

Currently there are 9 communities that are planned for Cadence. These nine include Heritage, Monroe, Symphony, Crescendo, Huntington, Toccata, Chelsea, At The Park, and Park Place. All these communities will have access to Central Park, which is designed to have a pool and pool deck overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and the Las Vegas Valley. This park will measure approximately 50 acres. This park will have a few other features that residents can discover the summer of 2016. Sports Park will also be accessible to residents who are interested in little league fields, soccer fields, and baseball fields.
