Due diligence is the research and analysis of a piece of property done by the prospective buyer long with their Real Estate Professional prior to a final decision about buying. - If in a snowy part of the country, which side of the home faces north, where the sun will collect?
- Will your windows and that of the homes next door line up? You won't like that later...
- What will you see from each window in all the rooms?
