Fairfax, VA - Rafael Encarnacion, Realtor® of EXIT Advantage Realty successfully completed "How To Build A New Home Niche". In doing so, he also earned the New Homes Co-Broker designation (NHCB).

Endorsed by New Home Source Professional, this certification is an earned designation by and for licensed real estate agents and licensed real estate brokers in the United States and Canada. David Fletcher who founded The New Home Co-Broker Academy, designed the course to help agents like Rafael learn how to better help their home shoppers find the home of their dreams, be it a new home or a used one. More than 1500 Realtors have earned this designation since January 2015.

According to a review from a recent graduate:

“I recently took David Fletcher's New Home Co-Broker Course and give it my highest recommendation,” said Pat Taylor of Exit Real Estate Results of Winter Springs, Fla.

“The course is perfect for all Realtor experience levels. I wish I had taken it when I was new in the business” Taylor said.

“As Realtors, we need to know what products are available for our customers, both in resales and new homes. This course clearly defines how to get the information we need and how to effectively work with builders.”
