Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Gilroy and Morgan Hill Offices Raise Over $35,000 in Annual Party in The Vineyard Event Benefiting Local Charities

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage raised over $35,000 during its 12th annual Party in the Vineyard luncheon last week benefitting DreamPower Horsemanship, equine-assisted activities and therapies for children, teens and adults with special needs, and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford, a facility exclusively dedicated to pediatric and obstetric care.

"Any time Coldwell Banker has an opportunity to support charitable organizations in our communities, particularly those that involve children and individuals with special needs – like Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and Dreampower Horsemanship – we jump at the chance, said John Agresta, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Gilroy and Morgan Hill. “We're thrilled that we were able to raise over $35,000 for these important organizations and thank everyone who made this event a great success."

“We are pleased to be selected as a beneficiary of Party in the Vineyard for the third time,” said Stacy Neiman, director of corporate relations at Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health. “Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has raised nearly $185,000 in support of the Children’s Fund at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. More than one-third of our patients have public insurance, which does not cover many aspects of their care. This support means we never have to turn a patient away due to their family’s financial circumstances.”

"DreamPower is honored and grateful to have been chosen as a recipient organization for this year's Party in the Vineyard, said Martha McNiel, director, DreamPower Horsemanship. “Coldwell Banker does an amazing job raising funds for our community with this annual event, and we are incredibly grateful to be a part of it this year."

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Gilroy is located at 8050 Santa Teresa Blvd. Ste. #210 and can be reached at 408.848.2800.
