Gilroy, Calif. (March 14, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to announce that Brittany Walker, an affiliated agent in its Gilroy office, has been named a finalist of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 program. Walker is one of 50 finalists selected from hundreds of applicants from across the country.

Walker has served buyers and sellers as a real estate professional since 2015, with a focus on Monterey, San Benito and Santa Clara counties. She recently was named top sales agent in her office and received Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle designation, ranking in the top 5 percent of approximately 92,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

“Brittany is an absolute delight to work with, she is knowledgeable, caring and is determined in her pursuit to represent her clients. Her national recognition is well deserved and we are very proud of her,” said John Agresta, manager of the Gilroy and Morgan Hill offices.

The NAR staff and editors from REALTOR® Magazine look for candidates who are successful in the real estate business and “have demonstrated skill, creativity and leadership in their careers.”

REALTOR® Magazine selected 50 professionals as finalists from all parts of the country, representing every type of real estate. Judges will select 29 honorees from the field of finalists. The last spot will be selected by online votes on the magazine’s website. Voting will be open to the public on Saturday, March 16 and will close at 12:00 p.m. Central time (CST) on Friday, March 23. The finalist who collects the most votes is guaranteed a spot among this year’s 30 Under 30 and will be named the Web Choice Award winner.

“I am humbled and ecstatic to be named a finalist for this year’s 30 Under 30 class,” notes Walker. “I am extremely blessed to do something I am sincerely passionate about for a living. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing my clients reach their goals.”

Walker grew up showing horses and competing in rodeo queen pageants, holding numerous titles and was the second runner-up in the 2011 Miss Rodeo America Pageant. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ashford University and is a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. She recently received her New Home Co-Broke certification.

A full profile for Walker, along with the entire 30 Under 30 finalists of 2018, will be available on the REALTOR® Magazine website.
