Freeman “Jeff” Smith Ranks Among Top 10 NJ Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agents For 2018

CLINTON, N.J. (May 15, 2019) Real estate agent Freeman “Jeff” Smith earned a spot in the prestigious Top 10 at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York for 2018, ranking No. 2 in total units sold and No. 9 in gross commission income out of out of approximately 3,700 affiliated sales associates. Smith, an Alexandria Township resident, is affiliated with the company’s Clinton office.

Smith earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award for 2018, an honor given to the top 2% percent of approximately 92,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. He was also inducted into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York President’s Club. Smith achieved the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® at the uppermost Platinum Level for 2018 and was listed as one of the top real estate agents in New Jersey on the 2018 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents report.

An accomplished local businessperson, Smith has been honored as a Hunterdon County Entrepreneur of the Year and Sam Walton Business Leader of the Year. His professional experience includes working as vice president for Bran-El Farms and Properties, president of Clinton Travel/American Express, and sales manager at Flemington Car and Truck Country.

Smith’s community activity has included serving on the board of directors of both Freedom House and the North Hunterdon Rotary Club. He is a founding member of the Clinton Business Group. Smith and his family raise horses and Labrador retrievers on their Alexandria Township farm.
