ORLANDO, FL (June 28, 2019)The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) has honored Espe Almarza Anderson with its Top 250 and Latino Agents Award for 2019. This award recognizes Espe Almarza Anderson as being among the most successful Latino real estate agents in the United States, with her hard work and dedication helping to increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in local communities.

Anderson is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in the Southwest Orlando office. NAHREP ranked her at No. 66 among the Top 100 Latino real estate agents in the South based on achieving 31closed transaction sides. 

Now in its eighth year of publication, NAHREP selected the recipients of the Top 250 and Latino Agents Award for 2019 from a pool of more than 1,000 self-nominated agents and teams. Winners were ranked in categories such as transaction sides, sales volume, geographic regions and Millennials.

According to NAHREP, “These agents represent a combined total of 25,552 units in closed transaction sides from January 2018 through December 2018 and over $6.67 billion in total aggregate volume. These hard-working agents are set apart from over 115,000 Latinos in real estate through their dedication to homeownership.”

With approximately 13 years of experience, Anderson offers extensive local knowledge of Orlando, as well as strong marketing and negotiating strategies. Anderson has earned additional honors for her sales excellence, including the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award, Orlando Magazine’s Five Star Agent Award and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) Top Producer Club. She has earned professional designations including USAA Preferred Agent, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Corporate Relocation Specialist. Anderson is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Realtors and ORRA. Anderson has a master’s degree in human resources.
