Lauren Freedman Recognized Among Nation’s Top 1,000 Real Estate Agents And Teams By Real Trends

BRANFORD, CONN. (Nov. 6, 2019)Lauren Freedman has earned the distinguished achievement of being ranked among the Top 1,000 real estate agents and teams in the United States, as announced in the 2019 REAL Trends “The Thousand” report published in The Wall Street Journal. Freedman is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Branford.

REAL Trends ranked Freedman #218 on the list of the Top 250 real estate agents in the U.S. based on achieving 133.50 closed transaction sides in 2018. Freedman sold over $30 million and more than 125 homes in 2018, averaging one closing every 2.8 days.

“The Thousand” ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout the United States who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2018. It is divided into four Top 250 categories, separately comparing individual agents and teams based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent had to achieve or exceed 50 closed transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume for the prior year. A team must have attained or surpassed 75 closed transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume for the prior year.

Freedman has earned numerous accolades during her nine years in the real estate business, serving homebuyers and sellers in the New Haven shoreline area. Coldwell Banker named her one of the company’s top “30 Under 30” agents in 2015 and 2016. In 2018, she won the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award for the fourth consecutive year, presented to the top 1% of approximately 92,000 Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents worldwide. Freedman has been the No. 1 real estate agent in the Branford office since 2015. She has garnered top agent honors from New Haven Living Magazine and the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors.

Freedman has earned professional designations as an Associate Broker and Global Luxury Property Specialist. For three years, she has sat on the Board of Directors of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors. Freedman works with a team of professionals who help each of her clients through the real estate process. They include a painter, stager, photographer, cleaner, carpenter, window washer, hardwood floor refinisher and more.

Active in her community, Freedman gives back through organizations such as the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, Toys for Tots, the Blackstone Library in Branford, the Heather Diane Caraglio-Balcerzak scholarship fund, Trees of Hope, local food banks, Goodwill and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares. She is a volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and was recognized by them as an outstanding young professional.
